Who We Are

Data We Collect

Depending on how you use the game, we may collect or process the following data:

• Account data: email address, password hash, nickname, dynasty name, player ID, profile slot, age value, selected language, and account status.
• Gameplay data: currency balances, owned characters/items, ranks, leagues, battle progress, match results, rewards, energy, and other save/profile data needed to run the game.
• Social data: friend requests, friend lists, chat messages, private messages between friends, and related timestamps.
• Purchase data: product IDs, purchase state, store response data, and in-game rewards granted after purchases. Payments are processed by Google Play, not directly by us.
• Advertising data: advertising identifiers, ad impressions, ad interactions, and ad diagnostics processed by Google AdMob and Google Mobile Ads SDK.
• Technical data: device or session identifiers, IP address, server logs, request timestamps, crash/error diagnostics, and security signals used to operate and protect the service.

How We Use Data

We use data to provide and maintain the game, create and protect player accounts, save progress, run online features, matchmaking, chat and friends, deliver rewards, process purchases, show ads, prevent abuse, improve stability, respond to support requests, and comply with platform and legal requirements.

Advertising

DLSymbiosis uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK to show rewarded ads and interstitial ads. Google may process advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, device information, ad interactions, and diagnostics according to Google's own policies. Purchases

In-app purchases are handled through Apple App Store payments on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android. We receive purchase status and product information needed to grant in-game items or ad-free time. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Online Chat and User Content

The game includes chat and friend features. Messages and nicknames may be visible to other players. Do not share sensitive personal information in chat. Chat and private messages are protected by automated profanity filtering. Players can report objectionable chat content or users and block users in the app. We may review, restrict, or remove content when needed for safety, moderation, support, or legal compliance.

Chat rules: do not post profanity, harassment, hate speech, sexual content, threats, spam, personal data, or illegal content. Accounts that abuse chat or private messages may be restricted.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share or allow processing of data with service providers needed to operate the game, including hosting infrastructure, Google Play services, Google AdMob, payment processing through Google Play, analytics/diagnostics tools, and legal or safety authorities when required.

Data Retention

We keep account, gameplay, purchase, and moderation records for as long as needed to provide the game, protect the service, resolve disputes, comply with obligations, and support player accounts. Server logs and diagnostic records may be kept for a limited operational period unless needed for security or legal reasons.

Data Deletion and Player Requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting support@dlsymbiosis.com. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, purchase verification, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Children

DLSymbiosis is not directed to young children. Because the game includes online features, ads, chat, and purchases, it is intended for teen and adult audiences according to the age settings selected in Google Play Console. If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate consent, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account and gameplay data. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to reduce unauthorized access, abuse, and data loss.

International Processing

Your data may be processed on servers outside your country of residence. By using the game, you understand that data may be transferred and processed where our hosting, platform, advertising, and payment providers operate.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the game, services, legal requirements, or platform rules change. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
