Account Deletion

You can initiate permanent deletion of your DLSymbiosis account directly inside the game. You do not need to email support.

How to Delete Your Account

• Open DLSymbiosis and sign in to the account you want to delete.
• Open Settings from the Main Hub.
• Select Delete Account, read the warning, re-enter your password, type DELETE, and confirm.
• The account is deleted immediately and the app signs you out.

If you cannot access the app or your account, contact support@dlsymbiosis.com for help recovering access.

What Will Be Deleted

The in-app flow deletes the account, all profile slots, sessions, gameplay progress, social connections, and chat or support content tied to the account.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, purchase verification, legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, or platform obligations. Purchase transactions are also processed by Google Play and may remain available in your Google account history.

Timing

In-app deletion takes effect immediately after confirmation. Legally required transaction and security records are de-identified and retained only for the required period.
