Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your DLSymbiosis account and related personal data by contacting our support team.
How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to support@dlsymbiosis.com.
- Use the subject line: DLSymbiosis Account Deletion.
- Include the email address used for your game account, your nickname, and your public player ID if available.
What Will Be Deleted
We will delete or anonymize account profile data, nickname/dynasty profile data, gameplay progress, chat/friend data tied to the account where reasonably possible, and server-side account records.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, purchase verification, legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, or platform obligations. Purchase transactions are also processed by Google Play and may remain available in your Google account history.
Timing
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after we verify the request.
