By creating an account, signing in, or using online communication in DLSymbiosis, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines below.

Zero-Tolerance Safety Policy

DLSymbiosis has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual or exploitative content, spam, impersonation, sharing another person's private information, cheating, and attempts to evade moderation are prohibited.

Chat Filtering, Reporting, and Blocking

Chat is filtered automatically on both the device and the server. Players can tap a sender's name in chat to report a message or block the sender. Blocking is applied immediately in the chat experience and hides that player's visible messages.

Moderation

Reports are reviewed by the DLSymbiosis team and acted on within 24 hours. We may remove content and mute, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules. Serious threats or unlawful activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Accounts and Deletion

You are responsible for activity on your account. You can permanently delete the complete account in the game from Main Hub > Settings > Delete Account. See the account deletion page for details.
